No.  Jan6 was a poorly conducted protest to all the election irregularities pointed out in the Texas vs Pennsylvania lawsuit filed by Ken Paxton in December, 2020 and supported by amicus briefs from 17 other states and over 150 congressmen.  Which the Supreme Court refused to rule on.  They never looked at the merits of the lawsuit.  They just ruled that Texas didn't have standing.

 

There was no insurrection on Jan6, and much less domestic terror than the 8700 BLM protests that resulted in over 16,000 arrests, over 2300 looting incidents, 624 arson fires, 97 cop cars burned and over 2000 cops injured.  (For which only 77 were sentenced to prison, compared to 700+ on Jan6)
