I see a lot here about trump wrecking the US economy and yes he is doing that.

He is also wrecking the mental well being of the Entire country.

Changing a US warship name because the person was gay? What about the crew that has proudly and diligently served on her? Oh wait! Her? No good, does not sound manly enough! change that too ok?

To make the US army manly and tough again?

What's up with that major Bone spur?

Many more things to mention but most things will come to light.

Wake up USA before it is too late.

It's already too late.

You mean the illegal alien that was burning Jews? I think he's going to run for Congress in New York.

Nobody as blind as those who don't want to see. I recall MAGA's always highlighted how smart Musk was because he supported Trump.

Looks like something changed lately, and Musk got even smarter

https://www.cnbc.com/2025/06/04/musk-trump-tax-bill.html

Musk whips opposition to Trump tax plan: ‘KILL the BILL’

  • Elon Musk ramped up his attacks against the massive tax-cut bill President Donald Trump is pushing Congress to pass.
  • Musk began vocally criticizing Trump’s “one big, beautiful bill” the day before, when he slammed it as a “disgusting abomination.”
  • The ongoing barrage comes days after Musk ended his work as head of the so-called Department of Government Efficiency.

Wait, so all of a sudden Musk is good and quoteworthy in your book? Because I seem to remember many recent threads from your side saying he was more hitler than Trump..... flip flop, flip flop back n forth  goes the derangement posse, lower than a snakes belly.

Is he in the US illegally? Then he can't run for congress.

When calling someone blind be sure not to live in a glass house.

My Comment highlighted the total double standards and hypocrisy from you and the others.

I predict that Trump's attempts to impose tariffs and bring manufacturing back to the US will be a massive failure of epic proportions.

Given your constant complaints about Trump, it's clear that you want your predictions to come true. However, why not wait and see what happens, and enjoy your retirement in Thailand? Whatever happens will happen, and there's nothing you can do about it.

I predict you are wrong, but you'll never run out of other reasons to whine about Trump.

Why not tax the rich again? This all started with Reagan, deficit spending to support handouts for billionaires and an unsustainable waste in defense spending that just created a need for more wars.

Musk spent $300 million getting Trump elected. The rich did not elect Trump to be taxed more, but less.

I didn't say he is good, that you just make up because you have nothing else. I said he got smarter, e.g. his blinkers fell off. Yours, obviously not yet.

I don't have a side, and never commented on that, so again you're making up things because you have nothing else.

Franky, please stop making up things about what I said, since it is against forum rules.

If you look at my posts from before the election, you will surely find posts where I confirmed Biden was in decline and should not run for president

Your customers had to pay it, and it makes the import less desirable, effectively punishing the foreign manufacture. You operated a business and honestly did not know what I meant?

In any event, if you had been buying from domestic manufacturers, you'd have had to pay their corporate income taxes, and you'd have passed that on to your customers as well, yes?

my customers did not have to pay it because I did not raise prices...  what I was purchasing was not made in the USA...  if it were, I would not have had any margin for profit...

Is that why Jeff Zuckerberg spent $450M and worked with the DNC to censer Facebook in 2020 to get Biden elected?

Well that's great. You just proved that tariffs do not cause inflation, but they do generate additional tax revenue. Win-win!

What MAGA crowd, the one in your head you use to make things up?

I think you suffer from imposter syndrome.

Very true. I have been telling people for two decades how over rated the US is, and they kept on fawning. No longer. Trump has been the greatest tool in history, when it comes to convincing the world, that the US is no big deal, and is becoming a lesser version of itself daily.

You're such a negative Nancy.

The " Big Beautiful Bill" will swell national debt by $2.4 trillion.

Tariffs cause inflation. Central banks increase interest rates to fight inflation.

I know, these facts are too complex for some to comprehend.

Why are you so worried about the debt of the USA?

Notably, mortgage debt constitutes about 70% of total household debt in the United States.

1) The top 1% pay 42% of federal income taxes.   How do you define the rich?

2) What do you mean by handouts to billionaires?

3) Defense spending was 850 billion in 2024.   The cost of the social programs is 4.1 trillion, which is where the money is spent.
