The biggly big bill, the bill that Musk calls a "disgusting abomination" seems destined for failure in the Senate. More and more Repubs are coming out against it, both politicians and business executives.

Until now, whatever Trump has sent to Congress the spineless GOP has rubber-stamped. Could this be the time when some of the GOP pols rediscovered their minerals? Has all the flip-flopping, the tariff insanity, the TACO, the treatment of neighbors as the enemy, the Putin loving, the obvious grifting reached a critical mass and we'll finally see some kind of push back, some appeal for sanity?

Probably not, but one can dream.

Sen. Ron Johnson, of Wisconsin, slammed the mega bill as “grotesque,” telling CNBC it is irresponsible for Republicans to vote in favor of a budget that he claims will add to the federal deficit.

ohnson, 70, said he is confident Trump’s bill, which narrowly passed the House of Representatives with only Republican support, will not survive the Senate in its current state."

Hope so perhaps it will finally give them the courage to stand up to trump regardless it’s a damming reflection on the GOP and obviously the rape of the working class in trumps bill.
