I need the name of the mall that the government pays for the rent

Featured Replies

Someone posted about the mall in Bangkok Thailand about. The food is lowered price because the government or somebody actually pays the rent for all the tenants what's the name of the mall thanks for letting me know the name appreciate it

There's numerous subsidy programs used at time to support business folks, including food vendors.

One example ...

Depends what you are referring to.  T21 when first open, the food court vendors, didn't pay rent.  Not sure if that is still the policy.  Why the pricing was low, as they offered space to some of the quality food vendors, rent free.  Or so I read so many years ago.

Quick check and Ms Google states they do now pay rent, supposedly lower than standard rate.
