Quality tires and forks

Featured Replies

My old Montague folding bike needs new rubber. The last pair of Kenda's were fitted at a local bike shop maybe 3 years ago and the walls are full of cracks. Which brands are a balance of quality versus cost?

On another topic. My bike has the rigid forks (see below), but the newer models have the suspension forks. How easy is it to upgrade? I looked into this last summer, and fork kits are available. Any recommended brands? I have the tools and abilities (and YouTube) to get the job done by myself.

I ride the "Marathon" specs of Schwalbe tires, they have extra puncture protection. I use them on my bikes in Isaan.

There are few Bangkok dealers who ship from Lazada
