Not telling what issue, but get your manual and find out where are the fuses. Find out the fuse for backlight indicator, watch if broken or even replace instantly by new one. Maybe that's just it. If it blows again then you could have shortcut problems. Maybe lightbulbs are broken? Connectors not fitted tight? Take connector loose and fit again, maybe bad contacts? Just easy things to check first. Any mechanic would do so first. Once had problem with it and that was broken clignoteur, working, not working, irregular. Had it to be replaced, mechanic was flabbergasted, as it should be for lifetime car. They never ever had replaced one, lucky me. But ok changed. Is not a merc. -
