There's going to be no ceasefire and it's just the lying nasty orange man on his social media.

dinsdale Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago 11:00 am 24/06/25 Thai time, 7:00 am Israel time. Ceasefire should have gone into effect. Will it hold? Will it start?
Popular Post TroubleandGrumpy Posted 5 hours ago Popular Post Posted 5 hours ago 5 hours ago, Jingthing said: No comment as yet from Israel or Iran. Atypical woke liberal hater. The POTUS announces a cease fire has been agreed to, and the potential for WW3 has been hopefully stopped, but you have so much dislike that you make a snarky comment like that. Why could you not give him congratulations for achieving such a result - peace through force seems to have worked. BUT - and listen mate - if you stop hating and start thinking, you might have realised that this could be Trump's 'Neville Chamberlain Moment' if it fails an Iran sends 100 ballistic missiles into Israel tomorrow. Although I believe Trump has made it clear that if Iran does that, he will wipe them off the face of the earth - and Mecca with it. And I am sure he has told Israel that he will withdraw all USA support and funding if they attack Iran like that - which means the Arab Nations will destroy them. 1 4

That would imply negotiations and agreements. Before there can be any peace talks there has to be a ceasefire. It is quite impressive that a ceasefire was obtained so quickly. It may have been the price Israel had to accept in order to get the B2 payload delivered. Whatever the reason, it is a ceasefire and hopefully it takes hold. Unfortunately, iran's FM says there is no ceasefire and Iran continued to launch missiles into Israel past 7 a.m. local time, when the ceasefire announced by US President Donald Trump was intended to take effect. I do hope you are wrong, as the alternative is a continued war.
Purdey Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago News is that the Ayatollah was invited to a security WhatsApp meeting and was able to evacuate the targets in time. Whew.

Iran state tv bad and not to be trusted for Iranian matters, we should consult the BBC for that.🤣 An interesting take considering BBCs well deserved reputation for pushing misinformation. 1

Popular Post Jingthing Posted 4 hours ago Popular Post Posted 4 hours ago The reason this is better for Iran (specifically their unpopular REGIME) is that right now Israel can do whatever they want in Iran including measures to more completely dismantle the REGIME. A ceasefire for the Iranian regime gives them breathing space to regroup. Understood that regime change is a controversial goal and really should come internally, but on the other hand the weaker the regime is, the easier it would be for the Iranian people to rise up and topple their regime with minimal casualties (as the regime definitely WILL murder their own people). 3
bubblegum Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Looks like (for now) fighting stopped. Good! Now would be a good time for the Iranian people to uprise. If they actually want a change.
Thailand J Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I truly hope this ceasefire is not fake new. CNN a few minutes ago:
