Tired of the escalating demands from 'regular' Thai women, I've taken notice of a few bag ladies whilst out on my morning walks.  They're trim, very dark (no competition from hiso Thai or Chinese men) and are absolutely delighted with whatever they're given.  The ones I've spoken to don't appear to have families or hangers on, which is an added bonus.  A good shower and medical clearance should be all that's required.

Has anyone here undertaken a similar task?

Yes, there's a reason why they're homeless.

Saw a tidy homeless chick on the beach yesterday, ranting and raving to herself.

Poor girl.

Yes, clearly mental issues, the one I'm referring to sometimes walks around with strange objects, a while ago was carrying a 10 foot branch, probably when the meds run out.

Op, just head for Soi 500, everything 500

There's a homeless woman off beach road, I've seen her decline over the years, i always give her a little money when i see her as i know she's genuine. Sometimes she seems normal other times like a wild animal

Yes, that is my thoughts on one I regularly see near BigC-X. Used to be sitting near the entrance in the car park.... nowadays across the road near soi Soi Sophon, and her clothes are getting progressively  tattier. Not as bad as the one who used to hang around soi Honey  and soi 7 many years ago, who once surprised me by talking to me quite coherently and in fair English. It's sad.

Sounds like a major PITA, good luck!

Was that the lady with the white make-up? I've got to say that the Thais are very kind to the mentally ill ladies. There's the shouting lady on Buakhao who otherwise looks like anyone else. I wouldn't want her hollering like that in my condo!

Why not skip this part? There was a thread a few years back on a well known Pattaya forum whereby punters were hitting the hill area where many lived under self built shacks and washed in the sea. Extra curricular at a discount, sounds up your street?

Yes, exactly right, caked make-up. Did  they call her 'the ghost' perhaps? I have seen the shouter too, usually when I go for a haircut near the R-Con corner.

Yes, maybe they can fake it for awhile, but their mental illness will expose itself at some point.  Would not be easy for me to sleep without an open eye.

Bush Mountsin!  It's a little edgy for me and those ladies are very high mileage.

Maybe not, friends visit the main bush mountain ladies, one lady sold sea float things to tourists on Jomtien
