Says the guy instrumental in the last coup.

Can a leopard change its spots?

Of course he is correct, but could you really trust his comment?

People are suffering and dying due to people like him, he is one of the worst.

This is an interesting comment as it could mean multiple things depending on what you infer from it.

It could mean:

1) That the government isn't in control of them

2) That the military brass can freely think (not dogmatically or in a conditioned way)

3) There are no rules for them, just whatever they "think" is okay

4) That somehow the military has changed and previously they were unable to do so

Could probably come upo with some more if I gve it some thought, but that's enough to hightlight the ambiguity of such a statement (but then again, even as a statement, it gives pause for thought as to whether it's a fact or an opinion).

Should take his own advice and also resign, watch fiasco and continually get photographed asleep in parliament does nothing for his parties credibility

The OP kind of twists this into their meaning of it is a political issue. However, it could mean that he is saying he does not decide for the military anymore (which we all know) and that a decision for them to make a coup would not be within his ability anymore.

No..what he is saying is that the conflict between Cambodia and Thailand is about the plan to open a casino complex. That is likely the betrayal mentioned by Hun Sen, as that would seriously affect Cambodia's bottom line.

Bhumjaithai has come out against it, for reasons I couldn't possibly suggest. Thaksin is attacking cannabis in retaliation.

Look at it from that aspect to get a basic understanding out what is happening.

Wait, hasn't he slammed coup rumours in 2014, followed by a coup... A coup is immanent.

"Emphasising adherence to the constitution," which the Junta rewrote to favour themselves...they guy is scum.

Dear Miss Paetongtarn,

That rumbling in the distance is getting louder.

Maybe it's bulldozers working on a construction project?  Probably not TANKS.

Emphasising adherence to the constitution, Prawit underscored the importance of respecting the people's voice.

Concluding, he expressed willingness to dissolve parliament, advocating for the opportunity to elect a new leader capable of guiding Thailand towards stability

Respecting the people’s voice 🤔 there would be a different government if he actually believed that.

A new leader capable of guiding Thailand towards stability turning a blind eye to his luxury watch collection and public assaults on journalists.
