If Trump is BREATHING.....he's the wrong man for the job. I never thought I would see such a monster living in the White House. A national emergency and no one seems to be aware of the danger. Stick a fork in the USA.....it's DONE!!!!

Comparing turds and Lettice salads is meaningless!

Even both their VP's would have been better, and that says something about the US potential US Presidential candidates put forward at the last election!

I always had a soft spot for Sarah Palin myself !

A lot of income disparity, slums, poverty, homelessness.

But maybe partly to drug use.

But why do many drug addicts?

And maybe it's not an issue the president can resolve.

There are so many reasons why Trump is the wrong man for the leadership of America at this time. The world is in great need of peace, harmony and someone to unify the people of this incredibly diverse planet that we occupy. Trump is doing the exact opposite with his black heart, and hate filled rhetoric, he is dividing people on a daily basis, and he's giving permission to his supporters to display hatred, division, and animosity toward both non Americans and people of color with his coded language. He is not what is needed, and he is the exact opposite of what many of us would hope for in a good, decent, noble world leader, all the qualities that Trump does not possess.

He seems to go out of his way to stress the differences that we all have, and claim a false sense of American superiority and exceptionalism. That kind of behavior and language is not only not helpful, it's destructive, it's demeaning, it's insulting and it is driving away our friends and allies, greatly diminishing America.

At the same time he is creating a huge opening for China. Without intending to do so he seems to be building up Chinese relevance, and pushing many nations towards them, while at the same time diminishing American relevance by the day. It takes a unique and stunning level of ignorance to be able to accomplish that. Trump is Xi's wet dream.

It doesn't matter. The Democrats ran such a ridiculous campaign with an even more ridiculous candidate that 47 was a shoo-in. Hell, a moldy ham sandwich would have beaten Biden/Harris. And the current approval rating for Democrats overall shows they haven't learned ANYTHING and will remain in the minority for years to come. I'm hoping I'm wrong here, and 2026 will be an indicator. By then, the damage done this year will have started biting people - ESPECIALLY Republicans - in the butt, and perhaps THEN they'll start waking up to the bad place their votes put us all in. But that's assuming they have a functional brain.

MAGA still gonna blame biden.jpg

No it’s going up again and will go up more when the tariffs kick in again.

It is simple, if you tax people more for goods and services inflation goes up, not down.

Debt is also continuing up.

Musk understands it better than Trump.

Bring it on, I am happy to see America fail.
They deserve it.

You must be happy to live in a tax free country.

Unfortunately the big ugly bill passed.

This bill will kick millions of Americans off their health insurance. It will cause families to go hungry. It will close rural hospitals. It will raise energy prices.

All to give the wealthiest Americans and Donald Trump’s billionaire allies another tax cut that they don’t need.

A Fox News poll of 1,003 registered voters nationwide conducted this month found that 38 percent of voters favor the One Big, Beautiful Bill Act, while 59 percent oppose it.

The bill received strong pushback in recent weeks from both Republicans concerned about the deep cuts to Medicaid, such as Murkowski, Collins and Tillis, as well as Sens. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) and Jerry Moran (R-Kansas).

The bill would provide $160 billion for border security and immigration enforcement, $150 billion to boost the Pentagon’s budget and raised the debt ceiling by $5 trillion.

Rogue capitalism is what we have with Trump & his Project 2025 band of robber barrons. They will feed on the people, robbing them of even life’s essentials and then they will turn on each other because they are predators and don’t know any other way to be in the world. Why? Because they are ruled by ego and it’s greed.

We will NOT forget how they voted to throw grandma out of the nursing home, deny a newborn and it’s mother any health care under Medicaid, rip away health insurance from up to 17 million Americans and put the burden of paying for their health care needs on us! the payees of employment health care benefits because our premiums WILL go up.

That’s not even to mention the $3.3 TRILLION the OMB has calculated this horrendous monstrosity will swell the national debt.

Trump maybe the wrong man for the job but, whether you like or not, the majority of voters voted for him. He is enacting a program that he repeated, over and over again to make sure that there was no confusion. (It is why he won so big).

In the Trump 2 version he is not taking crap from anybody and he has assembled a team of people who are helping him carry it out. In the first months he has turned the Democrats into a bunch of whiners and many of them will be prosecuted by the DOJ for the some of the stunts they have pulled since he won the vote in November.

Not even close to a majority. Dream on.

Spider,

You forgot to mention that he has now turned the US into a copy of Russia - run by the Oligarchs with DJT at the helm.  He appointed the richest that kowtowed to him to the cabinet positions - 14 being worth more than the GDP of 172 nations around the world!  The Congressional hearings on these new heads of agencies are actually a laughingstock as each shows how ignorant they are to run whatever agency they now head.   Seems one of the first things most are doing is to get rid of any senior leadership in that department that does not totally agree with the leader!  Of course this is my honest opinion of US politics today where the Supreme Court decided years ago to allow unlimited funds to pour into the election campaign chests for BOTH parties and now they seem like a UNIPARTY to me.  Hopefully, we can survive another 3+ years unless enough congress folks lose out and the dems do decide to impeach but it may be too late for too many people.  If the dollar continues to drop as some economists are predicting, it might prove difficult for some that have retired here on limited funds, IMHO and if those economists are correct of course.
