Flights / self transfer

This is the second time I've written this as I wasn't clear in the first post - I do apologize. 

The anxiety is kicking in. 

 

I will be travelling from the UK on the 9th July to Vientiane, loa. Then I'll be entering Thailand in the next few days after.

 

I was denied entry at Survanabhumi at 2022 / long story and I've been flying to Vientiane ever since.

 

The problem is that I'm flying through Bahrain and China on SELF TRANSFER / both airports (collecting my luggage and re-checking it on my onward flights.

I never stated it was self-transfer on my flights.

 

Do I need a visa for travelling through Bahrain and China now.
