My doctor told me to take SODAmint for calcium deposits on my left shoulder. I need to get more. Since the pill is basically just baking soda, can I just use a measured portion of it from my kitchen? In teaspoons, what would be the 200 mg equivalent?

thanks.

According to AI, Sodamint and baking soda are virtually the same active ingredient and can be used interchangeably.

I use baking soda for indigestion occasionally and it's always immediately effective.  Just don't sit or lie down for a few minutes to allow the gasses to rise and give a good "BUURRPPP"
