I have never heard officials say GACP weed must be PGR free.

Featured Replies

People should look more into this GACP weed....

Its highly likely they will be growing PGR cannabis...PGR is a type of cannabis grown with the help of plant growth regulators. They're unregulated and can be harmful to health.

They are know to cause cancer in people...

You think with some thing as important as PGR weed and its effect on peoples health, Thai officials would be talking about it....But not a word...

it's highly unlikely that anyone with a GACP licence would use PGRs . that is the whole point of GACP , to ensure guidelines and standards are set and met

Who cares about such things when it's going  to be criminalised again; soon.

Anybody enjoying medical cannabis prescribed by a doctor will theoretically be getting GACP certified weed.  They might care if its tainted with carcinogenic PGR

Well PGRs seem to increase yealds quite a bit, and make picture perfect buds....But the weed quality can be poor..Not to mention possible health problems...

In a nutshell PGR can increase short term profits quite a bit...

They make a Big Big deal about GACP growers... But PGRs never get mentioned.....

Unless PGR are forbidden I think it would be very tempting to use them.

PGR buds are absolute crap . definitely not picture perfect . they are usually too round in structure , rock hard and heavier than a non PGR bud .

GACP - Good Agriculcural and Collection Practices  is all about growing to a set standard . water quality , soil management , nutrients , harvesting , drying , storing etc to provide quality pest free, mold free steroid free products . PGRs would not be allowed .

only crap growers might use PGRs . any educated smoker or shop would not touch buds grown with them .

I would imagine GACP certificates will be easy enough to obtain , (for a fee)    just maybe not initially when interest is high but give it a bit of time and all will settle down to the usual Thai way
