The major sticking point is your denial of viruses.

It's like claiming the sun rises in the north, and sets in the south.

Anyone who has used a scanning electron microscope has seen how there are viruses, identifiable by their morphology.

You probably didn't read my posts on another thread, but I was using electron microscopy quite a lot in the past. But, not for the last 30 years; I must add. Have things moved on in that time? Certainly computers, and computer software/programmes have gotten faster and more sophisticated. But the principles remain the same.

The electron microscope gives a dyed, two dimensional image, of an extremely thin slice of a concoction, that was once in a petri dish. To make head n tail of it, requires one to know what one is actually looking for. This brings us back to those two magic words 'isolation' and 'purification'. Without this everything else is quite un-scientific. And as you know Sir,  a virus - any virus - has never been isolated.

Except with general medications they treat the minority with the illness (yes, sometimes ongoing) but with vaccines, the goldmine is you give it to EVERYONE that doesn’t even have the disease.

48% of Americans have hypertension. 11% of them are diabetic, and 33% are prediabetic. Those figures don't look like a minority to me.

You clearly don't understand what vaccines are meant to achieve.

I have had 4 different types of cancer. Apparently 5 is the record. Nature had no answers for them, modern medicine did.

Cancer cells are immortal. The telomeres that compel normal cells to die are deactivated.

Cancers can be put into remission by surgery, immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and radiation. I have had three out of four. No doctor ever says a cancer is cured.

The gold standard for cancer detection is a CAT scan with radioactive sugar. Cancer cells take up sugar far faster than normal cells.

If you don't believe in the evidence of a scanning electron microscope, what chance does a CAT scan have?

As I have said many times; 'prevention' is the key. Also early recognition - early detection - of the problem. What is/are, and where is/are, the toxin(s), that is/are causing the cancer coming from.

Give the body what it needs to fight the toxcity. Through diet and other factors.

I did write a piece on cancer some time ago on AN. What to do if cancer is diagnosed?

Nature has the answers we seek.

Point me to a paper that shows where a virus exists, and this nonsense might make some sense.

My parents agreed to me being vaccinated as a baby and further into junior school. I was not given a choice. In school it was, "Join the queue and roll up your shirtsleeve."  I got none of the childhood diseases except for chickenpox. The polio vaccine was given dropped on a cube of sugar. It was great!

If vaccines killed up to 30% of those vaccinated, I would understand if people said no. But they don't.

Not one of the instances is it shown that a virus has been found, isolated and purified. Have to do that before anything else.

The above is anti-scientist quackery working at his computer, and simply making assumptions.

That’s a common claim from virus denialists, but it’s factually incorrect.

Here’s a clear and concise breakdown of how viruses have been found, isolated, purified, and shown to exist—with examples and scientific methods that meet rigorous standards.

1. Viruses have been isolated and purified

Example: SARS-CoV-2

  • Isolation: In early 2020, SARS-CoV-2 was isolated from patient samples, grown in Vero E6 cells (a standard monkey kidney cell line), and shown to cause cytopathic effects (visible damage) in culture.

  • Purification: Viral particles were purified via density gradient centrifugation (e.g., sucrose or cesium chloride), separating intact virions from other materials.

  • Visualization: Purified virus was imaged using transmission electron microscopy (TEM), revealing consistent coronavirus morphology.

Link to paper

2. Koch’s Postulates (modified for viruses) have been fulfilled

Original Koch’s postulates were adapted for viruses by Rivers (1937) because viruses cannot grow on agar plates like bacteria. For SARS-CoV-2:

  • The virus was found in sick individuals.

  • It was isolated and cultured in host cells.

  • It caused disease in animal models (e.g. macaques).

  • The same virus was re-isolated and identified in the infected animals.

📄 Rockx et al., 2020 – “Comparative pathogenesis of COVID-19, MERS and SARS in a nonhuman primate model”, Nature

Link to paper

3. Direct Physical Evidence Exists

  • Cryo-electron microscopy and cryo-electron tomography allow us to image viruses inside and outside of cells at near-atomic resolution.

  • Mass spectrometry of purified particles identifies viral proteins.

  • RNA sequencing from purified virus shows the full viral genome.

Rebutting Common Misconceptions

Claim

Why it’s wrong

“Viruses have never been isolated”

They have, using standard virology protocols (centrifugation, filtration, culture).

“They just use computer models”

Virus particles are imaged directly by EM, and proteins/RNA sequenced from purified virus.

“They never separate viruses from cells”

Purification protocols (e.g., sucrose gradients) are specifically designed to do this.

🧪 Bonus: Historical Example – Tobacco Mosaic Virus

  • First virus ever crystallized and imaged (1935).

  • Still infectious in crystalline form.

  • Electron microscopy confirmed its rod-shaped particles.

📄 Wendell Stanley’s Nobel-winning work (1946).

🔚 Conclusion:

Saying “viruses have never been isolated or purified” is demonstrably false. The evidence includes:

  • Culturing virus in host cells

  • Purifying them via centrifugation

  • Imaging particles via EM

  • Sequencing viral genomes from isolated material

  • Demonstrating infectivity in controlled animal studies

If you’d like, I can give a step-by-step lab protocol used for virus isolation or link more peer-reviewed studies.
