Eat these for brain health

Featured Replies

A group of doctors, known as The Brain Docs, has urged people to start including at least one food into their diet that's often "overlooked" – and it could help boost your brain health and lower the risk of depression.

What foods are high in fibre?

Because of this, you should eat more:

  • leafy greens
  • broccoli
  • asparagus
  • onions
  • garlic
  • leek
  • banana
  • seeds
  • nuts
  • oats
  • lentils
  • beans
  • barley

I do many of them already

You left out cholesterol, good food for the brain. HDL in food like salmon and avocado. Eggs are great for the brain too, chomp on them with avocado instead of pork grease. A good size cow steak a couple times a week is also good for the brain too.

…though if one were to avoid ingesting stuff such as alcohol, tobacco, ganja, over cooked oils and grease, processed foods, high flash carbs like sugar, white rice and other white grains like bread, then they wouldn’t really need to worry so much about the above suggestions.
