Question regarding 90 days report
Hmm... THe generally accepted stats of deaths per 100k pop is around 22k. as said 75 to 80% are motorcyclists In reality in a 40 wheeled vehicle you are LERSS likely to die than in the USA - however some States in the USA have road deaths per 100k similar to or even greater than THailand and this is mostly 4-wheeld vehicles - would you call that "chaos" You view ofroad safety is based on your personal (anecdotal) perception and you cherry pick stats in isolation in the misconception you are having an argument - you are not, you are just gainsaying bcaise of you own cognitive dissonance. THis agian shows the workings of the expat paradox perfectly. totally in contradiction the reality -

Don't chase happiness
Well, these adrenaline or dopamine peaks you can get with extreme sports, sex, drugs or other stimuli are always going to be limited. You only have so much adreanline, dopamine, your stomach is only so big. Indeed our system can only take so much, some musicians have tried to over indulge in drugs, and paid the ultimate price. Since we are not designed for permanent peaks of happiness, indeed, if we seek them out we may die, these ultra hedonist pursuits of pleasure are bound to never be fully satisfied. Particularly since you need ever increasing larger doses of stimuli to get the same effect. So how come you feel so happiy with yourself now? Because you lsot a lot and had to restart and you feel you've overcome that obstacle? -

Nothing more to say on the matter so I will gladly stop posting about it. I respectfully disagree that it was nonsense. -
