The Government is working “at pace” to bring sick and injured children from Gaza to the UK for urgent medical treatment, Downing Street has said.

 

BBC reported that the first group of critically ill and injured Gazan children, said to be between 30 and 50 patients, will be arriving “in the coming weeks”.

 

It is understood that the children will come from hospital with family members via a third country, where biometric data will be collected, and that some may enter the asylum system after completing treatment.

I don't understand why go all the way to UK? There are many Muslim countries around.

 

Can anyone tell me how to short British Pound?

Is this in part because the USA has banned entry of such patients?

The International Health Service aka NHS treats everyone free.
