You can still do ATM withdraw to the daily limit (50k?) or withdrawals at the branch.

 

Without facial recognition you will be limited to 50k / day with the banking app.

At the branch with passport / account book you can withdraw as much as you have.

Also I am not aware of an expiration date for setting up facial recognition?

Even after they capped your limits you can still go to the branch and setup.

So far it was applied for all users who had not setup facial recognition.

But limits could be raised by using that.

I better wait until the dust had settled. Confusing at least.

Which bank is this?

 

With at least the banks I'm using, you can still use the apps without setting up facial recognition, but your transaction limit will be capped at 50,000 baht.
