A 15-year-old girl was seriously injured in a violent attack in a public park in Phatthalung after a disagreement over TikTok.

Police in Phatthalung, led by Inspector Suphat Khunnui, responded to reports of an assault involving a knife at the public park in front of the Vocational College on Than Bamrung Road, Khuha Sawan Subdistrict, Mueang Phatthalung District.

At the scene, police found a trail of blood across the grass, causing panic among local residents exercising in the park and students gathering after school. The victim, identified as a 15-year-old girl referred to only as Ms A, had been taken to Phatthalung Hospital. She sustained a deep stab wound to her right arm and multiple bruises across her face and body.

Witnesses, including friends of the victim, said Ms A and two friends were sitting in the park after school when a group of nearly ten teenage girls arrived on motorcycles. One of the older girls called Ms A over to discuss her viewing her TikTok profile, which had already led to verbal arguments via chat.

The dispute escalated as the two parties met in person. Attempts at reconciliation failed and the confrontation turned physical. During the altercation, one of the assailants drew a knife and stabbed Ms A in the arm, leaving her bleeding heavily. Friends of both sides intervened, while the attacker fled the scene.

Police have since questioned the victim’s friends and are reviewing video evidence and witness statements. Authorities have identified the perpetrator and are gathering evidence to press charges.

All this violence over a young girl viewing the profile of another girl. Such madness for her to be stabbed and bleeding heavily over nothing.

True! Unfortunately, the parents of today, does not have the same skillset as back in time. However, somewhere it must gone terribly wrong. Saying like I do, also put me and us in the iron sight. We were the ones who created the parents of today. 😞

That's all well and good, and we know who is responsible and how, but WHAT is responsible for creating the current scourge of truly awful misanthropic world leaders that we are leading us into wars that nobody can win?
