Fluoride toothpaste

Going to the dentist will tell you what shape you're teeth are in. As we've mentioned, you can just use a fluoride toothpaste, along with the local water, and get enough fluoride to protect your teeth. There isn't a 100% fluoride toothpaste but you can get a prescription for one higher than OTC if your dentist thinks you need it. Your past history should tell him, and you, if you need a specialty toothpaste.

Fluoride in toothpaste and fluoride in water function differently.

Topical application of fluoride by toothpaste strengthens the tooth enamel of adults, as well as mitigating the effect of cavities.

Fluoride ingested with drinking water is necessary for promoting healthy teeth formation in children. In adults, topical application is much more effective.

We fed our son fluoride along with his food as an infant. He has had two cavities in his entire life, whereas our pre-fluoridation teeth have been a gold mine for dentists.

Fluoride is a scam. Look at the data. Eat cheese if you want good teeth.

True, and I was going to add that in the last post, as adults need it in different ways than children, seeing the children's teeth are just forming and an adults have already been in place for years. The US has had it in water all along. I had a few cavities wen I was young, but none since age 18, although I did brush too hard for many years and hurt my gums, and now need a few grafts, which I've been trying to find locally, as Bangkok seems to be the only place within 8 hours.

Best teeth in no fluoride nations

The US is still in the top 10 regarding teeth health. It is diet influenced, as well as parents teaching their children while young. My ex here didn't do much for her other daughters, along with ours, and I had to be the one to teach her to brush after every meal, every day, along with rinsing. This link shows a little............https://www.yongeeglintondental.com/blog/healthy-primary-teeth/.

Thais dont eat cheese and drink milk. Why their teeth are bad. I grew up eating loads of cheese and milk and my teeth are great. Brushing teeth is overrated. Its mostly diet. I brush my teeth once a day at most compared to others who floss etc twice a day and their teeth are worse.

Utah and Florida have recently banned fluoridation of water supplies.

Historically, Hawaii, New Jersey, Oregon, Montana and Idaho have had low levels of fluoridation.

Those states show up as the highest in America for dental caries statistics, but facts are irrelevant to the anti-fluoride nutters.

Thais drink milk all the time, and are given it in school all the time, although milk isn't the best for people, especially if you're lactose intolerant. They aren't given lactose free milk. Thais also eat pizza. green veggies and fish, which are rich in calcium.

Locals teeth are bad in many because their parents aren't teaching them life skills, letting many do what they want or having more than a 1/3 living with grandma, and you can see their teeth. They also use that betel, which isn't good for oral health.

Some people are lucky in that they don't take good care of their teeth and don't get cavities. it's largely genetics for tooth enamel and mouth bacteria counts, some having more than others.

Thais rarely drink milk. They use powdered milk lol

The data tells me fluoride substantially reduces the incidence of dental caries in adults who have been fed fluoride as children.

Now post your peer-reviewed  article from a reputable journal, which proves fluoride is a scam.

True, eating cheese improves oral hygiene in several ways. But then, the best lies have a grain of truth mixed in.

The schools give each student a box of milk every month, and I see adults drinking it all the time, but again, milk isn't the answer as there are more sources of calcium and with less chance for intolerance. Powdered milk is the same as regular milk. To answer your previous statement about some having good teeth without good oral care...........https://dentistsofhinsdalelake.com/why-do-some-people-have-more-teeth-problems/.

Whatever happened to Gibbs SR?

Read the link I posted. Some are just luckier then others, but eventually it can backfire. And how old are you and him, as age makes a difference also.

Genetics and bacteria levels are most of it. Diet is important, from the inside. Some just need more of certain things than others, which is why deficiencies happen to some and not others who eat the same foods and live in the same areas.

Most of the children in my village, including mine, have rotten black front teeth.

We do make ours use fluoride paste. He's 5 next so adult teeth on their way soon. Fingers crossed that he will have a niceimage.png.24d3b8d622f4c82b7f22d2e3058f9f08.pngave a

My daughter didn't understand why I had her brush her teeth so much as they don't in her mom's extended family but once a day, from what I saw staying with them awhile before my house was built. Her mom does but didn't teach my daughter much like a mom's supposed to. When she's with me it's a regimen she follows. Shower, wash hair, brush teeth, clean up after herself, and she didn't understand what wiping from front to back meant, along with my other daughter I got custody of in the states, until I explained it to them.

Nah, then you would die. Flouride is not that toxic. That´s why people use it.

That was the simple explanation. Please try to understand.

But it accumulates over decades and causes health issues. No need for it. Diet is the best way to build strong teeth. Drugs are not the answer. Sadly so much brainwashing has occurred.
