Kirk's Alleged Killer Tyler Robinson Refuses to Co-operate

If there ever is a trial, the chance that the accused would be called as a defense witness, and be subject to cross-examine, would likely be close to zero.

Only if he's guilty as hell and refuses to testify.

Even then statements he made in writing would not be "hearsay".

  • They might force him to listen to trump talk on and on the  endless loop tape droning on and on about windmills whales batteries ect ect more than any mortal could possibly stand I’d say 48 hours tops

  • He won't talk, he's not the shooter......

  • I heard that prosecution will seek death penalty. Robinson has no reason to cooperate unless he can work some deal on reduced penalty.

Guilty or innocent, unless he has a solid alibi, I don't see that his legal team would ever put him on the stand.

It's not up to them. He may insist he wants to testify. He's obviously ideologically driven.

To justify himself. To prove his love for the furry love of his life. Who knows. He's insane.

Possibly. But then I think he would be told to find new lawyer(s).

BTW Ryan Wesley Routh of the attempted golf course Trump hit is representing himself in Judge Aileen Cannon 's Ft. Pierce fed court -- and it is not going well for him.

Unlike your many of your fellow lefties…at least you have a conscience?…being unable to fathom that one of your own would actually commit such a heinous crime, or do you?

It's heinous all right, make sure you have the right guy. Have look at this video circulating online, it's interesting..IMG_3045.jpeg.f6a02bc26805b70a992a996b79c7e76e.jpegs interesting.

I was just about to say, "that'll go well for him". He also looks a cup short of a picnic.

Robinson also, there is something off about him, when you look at his face, how he acts.

FBI Focuses on Twiggs’ Influence

While Robinson has stayed silent, investigators are probing whether Twiggs played a role in shaping his anti-conservative stance. Some close to the case believe Twiggs may have coaxed Robinson into carrying out the killing.

A deal for him should not be considered.

Evidence why one should never talk to the police/fbi

42-year-old Merrick Garland was the lead federal prosecutor in the Murrah Federal Building Oklahoma City bombing. This is from a NY Times interview while he was Attorney General:

On his first day in Oklahoma City, Mr. Garland represented the government at Timothy McVeigh’s arraignment. “I sat across the table from killers,” Mr. Garland told me, recalling his years as an assistant U.S. attorney. “But I had never seen such a stone-cold face.”

Also one should never use Discord for texts one does not want found.

They could have used Telegram, with a Russian owner, and servers located in Dubai, all encrypted. But no, the young tech-savvy furries saw fit to use a US based messaging service which the FBI can access..

Silly mistake by the wannabe Avengers.

McVeigh reminds me a bit of Robinson. Another simpleton who looked easily influenced by others. That was of course another case where wrong assumptions were made, initially everyone blamed Islamists, only for it to come out that it was home grown terrorists.

Looks like no such errors were made by Kash Patel so far.

Well at least to one former FBI profiler I read, to some killers the message is more important than that they will eventually be caught like also with Luigi Mangione.

BTW I had left OKC years before the bombing but -- as the OK County Library was close to the Murrah building and there were all one-way streets -- I literally have parked my car in the exact spot where McVeigh left the truck.

I have not seen the video. Is the video real? Are there more videos?

FBI video I understand.....

Indeed, though Robinson, by all accounts, was reluctant to turn himself in and was persuaded by his father to do so.

Rather sensible, as he will face the death penalty potentially. I wonder if his father knew that at the time?

NB From when the shooter jumped from the roof and fled in the released video it seems he was carrying something:

(NewsNation) 12 SEP 2025 — Authorities have not released much information about the weapon recovered following Charlie Kirk’s assassination, other than it was a high-powered, bolt-action rifle.

That’s enough for gun-safety authority Steve Wolf to offer a few observations.

A .30-06-caliber Mauser bolt-action rifle, for example, could have been disassembled within seconds on the rooftop where the sniper appears to have fired at Kirk at Utah Valley University, Wolf said.

It is curious that it was (apparently) found assembled.

Do you know if that has been confirmed?

The FBI was taking videos? How did you see it?  Why was it so blurry? And if they saw it, why did they not stop it?

Apart from the fact that the rifle was found fully assembled, it also had a bullet inside. So it makes rather unlikely the rifle was dissambled, as nobody would disassemble a rifle with a bullet inside.

That was an official still from the video. It looks as if he is carrying something. I have never claimed to know just what.

According to FBI Dir. Patel, a screwdriver was recovered on the roof with a DNA match to Robinson.

Why is your claim that the rifle was found fully assembled based on?

The FBI said on Thursday they had found the suspected murder weapon - an imported Mauser .30-06 bolt action rifle - wrapped in a towel in a wooded area near campus.

Cox told reporters that inscriptions had been found engraved on casings recovered with the rifle, which had a scope mounted on top of it.

So there was no mention of the rifle being disassembled and it sitll had a scope mounted.

And not mention of it being fully assembled. Only the stock would have been removed.
