Something seems to have changed with my TTB Touch bank app.  Previously I could pay PWA and PEA bills by just scanning the QR code on the bill and confirming the transaction.  This no longer works.  I now have to use the 'Pay Bill' option, select the appropriate payee and then scan the code and confirm the transaction.  Is this possibly some new security measure?  The TTB help desk just says that the QR code is malformed but this is clearly not the case.  I can still pay Lazada by direct QR scan so there appears to be nothing wrong with the app itself.  Anyone else noticed this change?

Ttb scan for pwa and pea still works for me.

Although I don't need to scan the pea bill as they seem to have linked my ttb account to my wife's pea account without permission, and just hitting the pea icon pulls up the billing amount.

I wonder if i need to update the app?  I'm not sure that I have the latest version.  Google Play Store is offering an update - should i risk it?  i don't want to be told that I'm too old to have the app.  Apparently, Krungsri bank is saying no app if you are over 70 years old and i would not be at surprised if other banks follow suit.  All in the name of 'improved security' but never mind the inconvenience to the customer!

you sure you didn't add your account number? that's what i did with Kasikorn and the monthly amount due automatically gets updated
