I want to get a shortlist together of new townhouse developments and detached houses (most probably in compounds) to view next month. We're primarily looking at Sansiri and similar well known developers, but not limiting it. Budget is between 7-14MB and the perfect areas would be on/near a current or future BTS or MRT station, not too far out of the centre so we can still drive to some amenities, restaurants, shops etc.

Considering Thonglor/Ekamai

Bangna and route to new airport

Ramintra

Srinakarin

We haven't been to investigate yet, just seen a few ads, but any input or knowledge of developments built or planning to be built would be great, not to mention experiences of buying these types of properties.
