I won't comment on the health report itself, but seeing him a couple of months back and comparing with the video from 2017, he seemed, at least from outside, to be in a far better shape now than what he was during his first presidency. But then, he's nearly 80 years old. I don't know what people expect from someone that age. To be energetic like a teenager? Of course he would have some medical issues, for which he requires medication. His unhealthy diet might have contributed to some of them, but the man never touched alcohol or smoked, spends a lot of time out in the golf fields, and probably White House cooks refuse to serve him McDonald's, likely leading to better diet much of the time now.

 

Hence, overall, I don't think it is unexpected that he's of relatively good physical health. And for mental health, most people lose sharpness with age. Jokes section is full of forget where I was going or what I was going to get jokes about old people. You may expect that he's held to some higher standard due to his job, but if that's the case, make maximum age for someone to run for POTUS at half his age.

Gee, not a "hater" but I dismiss "exceptional health"? if he (we are within a year of being the same age) is in "exceptional health" I can't think of the term to be applied to my health which on the visual evidence and stated circulatory issues he has, is poorer health than my own health!

There should be a maximum age requirement for all major govt jobs to include potus all of congress governors supreme court generals etc.  It would be great if these people would "police" themselves and admit they are too old to handle the jobs.  Good luck with that.

 

Way too many old people get a job for life and their egos are so big that they will never admit that yes the vast majority of people do lose some amount of mental acuitiy as they get into their 70's and 80's.  The idea of a lifetime appointment like the supreme court is absurd.

 

Of course the people who would have to create a new law and vote for it are the very ones that don't want it to change as they are adicted to fame power and money.

 

Mental decline as well as giant egos are/were on display every single day by current as well as previous potus , supremes, and certainly by several senators and congress.  Old age and senelity does not care if you are a dem or a repub.

Exceptionally bad health?

Anyone that wakes up at 79 yrs old is in way better health, than all the rest that crapped out decades earlier.    Way better mental health than all the losers, jealous of his life, who wouldn't have a life, if not for President Trumps existence.  What would they do all day if not complaining about President Trump ?
