Trump Demands Justice: ‘Prosecute the 2020 Witch Hunters!’

Jack Smith

Donald Trump has turned up the heat again — this time calling for Special Counsel Jack Smith, Merrick Garland, Christopher Wray, and Lisa Monaco to be prosecuted over what he claims were illegal acts tied to the Jan. 6 investigation and the 2020 election.

Merrick Garland

In a fiery late-night Truth Social post before jetting off to Asia, Trump accused the group of green-lighting “Operation Arctic Frost,” which he said spied on senators and members of Congress. “They cheated and rigged the 2020 election,” he wrote. “These Radical Left lunatics should be prosecuted for their illegal and highly unethical behavior!”

The post left Washington buzzing — but, as usual, short on evidence. Neither the White House nor the Justice Department have confirmed the existence of any new documents.

Earlier this month, the Senate Judiciary Committee did release an unclassified memo showing that the FBI analyzed phone records of nine Republican lawmakers in 2023 during its Jan. 6-related Arctic Frost inquiry. That probe began before Smith’s appointment but has become fresh fuel for Trump’s ongoing feud with the Justice Department.

Trump has long labeled Smith “deranged” and a “witch hunter.” Now, with GOP allies like Sen. Marsha Blackburn demanding answers and Rep. Jim Jordan calling Smith to testify, the former president’s fight with the feds is once again front-page drama.

Key Takeaways

  • Trump blasts Jack Smith and Merrick Garland, calling for their prosecution.

  • Claims they ran “Operation Arctic Frost” to spy on lawmakers.

  • FBI memo confirms GOP phone data was reviewed in Jan. 6 probe.

Yes,

Trump's goobers, the miscreants and scum he called to DC for the 6th, and then told them to march to the Capitol and "fight like hell", were merely trying to hang the Vice President on the gallows they set up on the Capitol grounds.

Since when is THAT a crime! Geesh. Those Dems sure are "deranged".

Why, I'm sure if antifa stormed the White House, beat the Secret Service, and set up gallows on the Rose Garden lawn cement to hang Trump, Trump would probably go out with a couple of buckets of Extra Crispy and some Big Macs and welcome them warmly.

This will go as far as the Comey and James indictments. The  only reason Trump is not in prison is because Garland did not misuse his power.

I almost feel sorry for Pam Bondi.........only joking.

The  only reason Trump is not in prison is because Garland did not use his power fast enough to the full extent he should have.

All these people should be breathing a sigh of relief....imagine if Trump had not stuck to his campaign promise to not weaponise the DoJ.

Garland did nothing.  Charge him with negligence for not reining in the menace that went on to get re-elected.  And give him an extra boot in the arse for me.

But I do think it possible that there will be a surprise or two revealed in an honest, thorough investigation of what DT calls russiarussiarussia -- hey, it;s a divergence from Epstein, no?   There have been murmurs about it all along, Barr and Mueller playing chicken to see which would have to confront Him.  The fact that DT brings this up as frequently as he does is supposed to affirm his hoax claim.  It's a giveaway.

A whistleblower may emerge.

Let's GO!! They had their fun and games, now it's time for repentance and PUNISHMENT to make sure such hoaxes and weaponization never happen again. Nothing short of capitol punishment for every single lawfarer will suffice. Cry all you want.

The usual ridiculous MAGA rhetoric: make baseless claims about an alleged lawfare by Dems, in order to try to justify Trump's full steam DOJ weaponization! 🤣

You've got to be joking surely. Have you lost any ounce of intellectual righteousness?

Are you seriously suggsting the Democrats did not weaponize the justice system to bring down Trump? Fake cases like Russia hoax, supposed mishandling of secret documents which led to  raid on Mar a Larg, all this did not happen?

I mean, how do you expect to be taken seirously, if you live in an alternate reality?

They did not need to do that. Cases involving Trump have been served on a silver trail!

Russia did try to interfere to help Trump, proven by all investigations including GOP led Senate Committee.

Trump did refuse to give back Presidential records to NARA, which led NARA to ask DOJ's help. Had Trump given back Presidential records, there would have been no investigation. Had Trump not hidden documents and lied about it, showing intent beyond reasonable doubt, there would have been no indictment.

Had Trump's fans not assaulted the Capitol, Trump not phoned to find him 11,700 votes, fake electors' lists not plotted  etc... there would have been no investigation into his attempts to overturn a legitimate election.

Actually, not investigating such obvious cases would have been negligence!

Worth noting not a single member of club derangement - including yourself- could accurately name the supposed crime in the Trump bank loan case. Even Dershowitz had no idea what the crime was😅

Peak nuttiness from a very fruit and nut cult.

And I suppose Merrick Garland's appointment of Jack Smith and his subsequent takeover of the presidential records case was also just "par for the course", normal legal proceedings?

Lol.

Lol! You still have  nothing.

Special counsels are usually appointed to ensure independent investigations in sensitive cases. Ex Durham, Hur, Weiss, etc..

Garland stated that the appointment of Jack Smith was driven by Trump’s announcement of his 2024 candidacy, which created a conflict of interest for the Justice Department.

Of course, of course, nothing to do with the fact that Garland was appointed by Democrats, and in their pocket. Lol.

And let's not forget about:-

  • Paul Manafort, Trump's former campaign chairman, guilty of five counts of tax fraud.
  • Michael Cohen, Trump's former personal lawyer who pleaded guilty to crimes including orchestrating "hush money" payments before the 2016 election to women who have said they had sexual encounters with Trump, violating campaign laws.
  • Michael Flynn, Trump's national security adviser who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russia during Trump's presidential transition.
  • Rick Gates, the former deputy chairman of Trump's campaign who pleaded guilty to conspiracy against the United States and lying to investigators.
  • Konstantin Kilimnik, a Manafort aide in Ukraine who was charged with tampering with witnesses about their past lobbying for Ukraine's former pro-Russian government.
  • Roger Stone, Trumps presidential campaign adviser was charged with seven criminal counts including obstruction of an official proceeding, witness tampering and making false statement.
  • George Papadopoulos the former Trump campaign adviser was sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russian official.
  • Alex Van Der Zwaan who once worked closely with Manafort and Gates, Van Der Zwaan pleaded guilty to lying to Mueller's investigators about contacts with a Trump campaign official. Van Der Zwaan, the Dutch son-in-law of one of Russia's richest men, was sentenced to prison and fined $20,000.
  • Richard Pinedo who pleaded guilty to identity fraud in a case related to the Mueller investigation for helping Russian conspirators launder money, purchase Facebook ads and pay for supplies.
  • 12 Russian intelligence officers who were indicted by a federal grand jury accused of hacking the Clinton campaign and Democratic Party organizations as part of a Russian scheme to release emails damaging to Clinton during the 2016 race.
  • 13 Russians and three Russian companies were indicted in Mueller's investigation accused of taking part in an elaborate campaign to sow discord in the United States ahead of the 2016 election and harm Clinton's candidacy in order to boost Trump

But yeah, nothing to see here. All made up.

Bingo! Weaponization not required, when the hard facts are staring you in the face. And yes, Trump's right -- there was an attempt to steal the 2020 election -- except it was by him, not the Dems.

What's sad is that Trump is so narcissistic that he really believes he could only lose, if the election were rigged. What's even sadder is his huge cult that buys into this crap.

Testimonies have shown that Trump knew he was lying. I guess he also knew that his fan base was dumb enough to believe him!

Oh and he's still whining about it! 🤣

But don't let facts get in the way of a good party line propaganda! 😆

You and the truth have apparently never been introduced.  It's never too late to repent.....don't leave it until your last breath.

Post some links to facts not opinions and let's see what you base your bs claims on. I suspect you cant just like the other times you've been called out without response.

You had your chance to tell how many people had long expired misdemeanors jacked up to critical felonies on the most preposterous basis and copped half a billion $$ fines?

You know the answer. I know the answer. None ever. Only DJT and only right before a crucial election. Stop acting dumb pls.

just 3 words can define Trump and Newsom published them

"an invasive species."

"somebody said that about the whole core MAGA cultists years ago."

Gavin Newsom Has A New 3-Word Name For Trump, And People Are Calling It A "Perfect Description"

https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/gavin-newsom-3-word-name-221339033.html

One person wrote, "Trump's not just an invasive species, he's the asteroid that turns thriving ecosystems into craters, all while bragging about the dust cloud."

"Perfect description. He spreads fast, kills everything decent in his path, and leaves chaos where democracy once stood," said another.

Nice try at deflecting. Again you avoid backing up your claims but we're use to that. Just run your mouth with claims without showing any facts for your bs. Its the same every time your called out for it.

If there are others, give examples, otherwise your inability to do so proves it was lawfare. No need for insults its not a kindergarden.

You are the one avoiding producing any proof. Deflecting the issue to try to blame others for your failure doesn't work. You made the claims not me so put up or shut up.

The statute of limitations will run out, and then Trump will make a lot of noise.  These guys are all in the same club.  No one is going to get prosecuted.

In particular as there is no real evidence against them! 🤣
