The impact on the lung is the same, because Cannabis smokers tend to inhale more deeply, increasing the exposure to tar and leading to risks of chronic bronchitis, airway inflammation, and emphysema. So, that Cannabis is less harmful is a fairy tale. Alcohol is a different story, but the dose makes the poison.
