Did you try 02-777-7777 this is the customer service number and I find them very helpfull.

You probably did not say "SICOTHBK" in Swift code.

The branch I send money to is "Ramkhamheng" and it is not even in the list previous poster enclosed.

So, swift code, account number and name of the person is what's needed.

Sometimes I send money from Tokyo to pay rent in BKK, my landlord banks with SCB.

Email address? Who would monitor thousands of mails? It's not an Internet based service (although you use the Internet to initiate the good old telegraphic transfer), quite common not to give email address.
