Agree.

But careful what you wish for Chomps.

It's no mistake that Biden kept them under wraps.

I don’t know why Biden didn’t release them, neither do you.

My view is they should be released and let the chips fall as they do.

Dear Lefties,

If you plan to "get him," best of luck until the electorate has had enough of tariffs, bad economy (which neither side wants to fix), and bravado and begin to vote Republicans out of office.  Until 2028 Trump has his administration in the judicial to protect him.

It appears that for once, we are in agreement.

This release simply goes to prove what many of us have known for a long time namely that there is nothing in the files, or anywhere else for that matter, that indicates that Trump is guilty of any wrongdoing whatsoever in the context of Epstein's activities. Rather the reverse, given that Trump threw Epstein out of Mar A Lago in the year 2000.

In between there is November 2026, at which point Trump's protection may undergo some significant changes

Not for Biden to make decision for the DOJ. There is a governmental principle called separation of power lest you forget. Trump has blurred those lines and confused you.

The DOJ is a separate branch of Government? That what they teach you in Europe?

"Here’s a different slant: this is not a Trump scandal but a Democrat scandal.

Virginia Giuffre was a victim of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. She cleared Trump of all wrongdoing under penalty of perjury. And in April 2025 she committed suicide. Giuffre is no longer here to defend her statements - but Democrats, through Epstein, are saying she lied under oath."

The lack of full release of the Epstein files under Biden appears to be driven more by judicial/legislative constraints, privacy protections, and prosecutorial caution (rather than a simple “cover-up” choice). The President did not appear to have a clear, legal mechanism to release everything unilaterally, and many of the materials were sealed for valid legal reasons.

Not surprise by your ignorance of the constitution.

Story short, release the Epstein files Trump. You don't need the DOJ and the Mike Johnson to  protect pedophiles.

I thought she made the comments about Trump in her book, not under oath?

Where is the Department of Justice mentioned in the US Constitution as a separate but equal branch of government?

If you are going to comment, at least show us you know what you are talking about.

Anyone wanna bet he doesnt answer the question?

This is just another Democrat stunt on the eve of the goverment reopening ans to destract from the worthless Democrat shutdown of the government (longest ever) that acheived nothing accept causing widespread dispruption and harm.

You, evidently have not read the original CR and the new CR agreement to conditions not in the original. Thus we will have to see if the House will agree to this new Bill.

Trump is neck-deep in the Epstein files. Why do you think all his lackeys are trying so hard to prevent them from being released?

If I were Trump and had nothing to hide, why not release the files? Same with his tax returns. If you’ve got nothing to hide, just release them. The fact that he goes to extraordinary lengths to keep the Epstein files (and his tax returns) from being released speaks volumes.

Ok not based on separation power but the DOJ operates with degree of autonomy and impartiality and not the legal arm and free from pressure of the President.

Thank you for admitting you were wrong.

Now show me one instance in American history where an AG defied a Presidential Order. Show me where "a degree of impartiality" is required by a specific statute.

Do you know why Jimmy Hoffa hated the Kennedy's?

NOBODY, in the above photograph, is even HALF as HOT as most of the women in Thailand.

Although, Trump came close....

When he was younger.

DOJ has repeatedly demonstrated a capacity for institutional independence. This defiance is rooted in a professional ethos that places the Constitution and the Rule of Law above the political desires of any President. DOJ has a strong tradition of pushing back against presidential orders it deems improper or illegal.

There are examples of DOJ pushing back and perhaps most famous was DOJ defying Nixon order to fire special counsel Archibald Cox. Jeff Session resisted Trump's pressure to take actions to undermine the Russia investigation led by Special Counsel Muller. DOJ also pushed back Obama policy to expand DACA program.

Nice AI answer that avoids my question. Tell us about why Cox wasnt fired. Not with some bubble book or article off the net, but tell us why in your own words. Should be three words.

Thanks for conceding that the DOJ is an arm of The President

Two word. Intergrity and professional ethos which Bondi has none.

No, I am not conceding that the DOJ is under the power of the President. This is wrong and you know it.

Possibly other names will pop up in reading all this stuff that have nothing to do with DT nor MAGA,  The thing is a lot of people know of a certain ex-POTUS who will probably be exposed, and I assume favors of all sorts have been provided to keep it mum.  Up till now.

And you'd have to be dumb as a stump to think the powers that be have no idea of what is being released.

Does anyone honestly believe that documents will be handed over unredacted? I think evidence will disappear (maybe not against Democratic politicians). Paper can be incinerated. You can't say he is guilty if there turns out to be no solid evidence. Even emails can be destroyed. If only someone has privately-held unredacted evidence, especially videos in which people can be identified. Alas, I doubt it.
