Multiple residents of a village in Bang Kruai District, Nonthaburi, reported on 17 November 2025, of being harassed by a former detective holding the rank of Police Lieutenant. The alleged offender is accused of exposing himself and engaging in threatening behaviour towards women in the neighbourhood. Residents say the case has seen little progress despite complaints being filed nearly a year ago.

One resident, identified only as Ms A, said the ex-officer became hostile after she asked him to stop feeding pigeons, which had created a large flock causing her allergic reactions. She claimed he verbally abused her, shone bright spotlights into her home, sprayed pigeon droppings towards her property, urinated in the garden, and in some cases exposed himself to taunt her. Ms A and her daughter feel unsafe leaving their home due to fear of further incidents.

Another resident, Ms Muay, reported that the man had tampered with her home security cameras and displayed other unusual behaviours. Both women expressed frustration over the lack of response from Bang Kruai Police, despite repeated reports. They fear for their personal safety and seek urgent intervention from authorities.

The Daily News reported that the village management confirmed that official warning letters had been issued multiple times, requesting the man to attend meetings to resolve disputes. However, he reportedly refused to cooperate and continued the alleged behaviour. Officials hope police will intervene to mediate and address the situation effectively.
