I can think of others that deserve prison more than Thaksin but thats another story, he got on the wrong side of the ruling elite and has to pay the price. Nice to see the family supporting their Dad!!

so being responsible for killing and cheating people   you think he does not deserve prison strange!!

Last time his daughter visited him she said she was worried as he was so stressed. Looking at the photo, the move to a new prison has done him a power of good.

looks like a family holiday photo

That was taken and printed out in the time they were there

It is stated this is one of only a few visits, since returning to prison.

Yet in another publication this is his 20th full contact visit.

20 visits in 12 weeks, are all prisoners allowed this?

I agree this photo looks off..Like its a cut and paste job and not even a very good one at that....What camera was used?....A 1973 Kodak with roll film.....I think the only day Tony will really set foot in prison is the day he gets out.

My question to further what you are saying is

HOW DID THEY GET IT TAKEN AND PRINTED in the prison?

A lot of Thai people sure got it in for him,I guess money talks and B.S. walks,I imagine there are quite a lot of guards that would be 'Brown noseing' him and trying for a little bucksheese to supplement their meagre  incomes as well

No ponds or big garden spaces in the Prison.

It is going to be interesting to see how long it takes for people to start shouting about it being fake

Probably not. Do you want to start a campaign for better prisoners rights?

Don't you??? Their punishment is separation from family & community not anything else. Entitled to healthcare, nutrition, exercise, sunshine and news.

Who cares?

I can tell you many Thai folks care, they have many seriously negative commenst about the continuous photos and comments on visits.

One Thai lawyer (friend ogf my Thai son) shared that such photos are not permitted and prisoners are not allowed to have any discussions with family about prison rules / conditions etc.

Always special treatment for this highly corrupt person.

Ung Ing ?? can any one tell me what language this is please ?   :coffee1:

Looks like Rajamangala Pavilion in Rama 9 park? Day release or a wall photo?

The surrounding area looked really pretty.

not to mention his daughter

Why isn't the criminals face blurred out?

They didn't, that's how.

Pictures from a previous visit presented to the media after a more recent visit.

Who cares anyway?

Why do you assume that?

The family's been visiting him regularly for ages already.

My initial thought was Photoshop AI enhancement.

This quote got me, "Thaksin's daughter, Paetongtarn, shared a touching Instagram post, capturing their experience together" Could someone give me a bucket as i need to throw up? Vomit🤮. I feel better now!

He's old and frail and didn't hurt anybody.

Release him!!

Most are lucky to an occasional visit when you factor in where the families live, cost of getting there and taking time from work etc to actually visit. Unlike the hi so - 20 in 12 weeks, extreme - much.

Of course they don't all enjoy such perks ,   it depends on the status  of either the prisoner or the visitor

Where is the photo of Tony sharing one cell with 40 other men, and the photo of Tony eating a plate of prison rice with a few tiny chunks of vegetables while sitting on the ground....

O yea, I forgot Tony has a 5 star cell all to himself and gets his meals delivered every day from Bangkok's finest restaurants..

Mr T is allowed certain privileges commensurate with his wealth and of course his knowledge of where the bodies are buried.
A certain child sex trafficker in US is moved to to the US equivalent of a country club within the penal system for similar reasons.

Same same but different.

That Klong Prem haircut and blue uniform suits him very well.

Maybe they could keep all the family in there locked up... ?

Good idea and no need for photo's then!
