Mr T is allowed certain privileges commensurate with his wealth and of course his knowledge of where the bodies are buried.
A certain child sex trafficker in US is moved to to the US equivalent of a country club within the penal system for similar reasons.

Same same but different.

Didn't Pablo Escobar insist on building his own prison?   He also insisted on using only his own staff and on being the sole inmate,   These were some of his conditions that were agreed to before he agreed to hand himself in   same same but the same

Looks lovely. Are all Thai prisoners afforded family visits such as this?

No, only Thaksin and Chinese prisoners (come to think of it, Tony is Chinese)

Wrong, he was born in Chiang Mai to a Chinese heritage

Still Chinese as far as he and other Chinese are concerned.

Some granular justice is being carried out at least, he's dodged it for God knows how long!

My initial thought was Photoshop AI enhancement.

I asked Perplexity AI to analyze the photo and determine if it was a backdrop. This is the answer:

From what can be seen in this specific photo, the background looks much more like a printed or painted backdrop than a real location they are physically standing in.

Depth and sharpness

  • The people are sharp and have clear depth and contour, but the entire background has a flat, uniformly “soft” quality, without the gradual change in focus you would expect from real distant objects.

  • The water, building, and trees all share the same slightly blurred, low‑detail look, consistent with a large printed photo or mural rather than an actual scene with depth.

Lighting and interaction

  • The lighting on the people appears consistent with indoor or covered lighting: even, without strong directional shadows from a sun overhead or behind them, and the light on their clothing does not match any clear light direction in the background.

  • At their feet there is no visible transition from ground into grass/soil; the “scenery” begins abruptly just behind their legs, which is typical when people stand on a floor in front of a large printed image.

Edges and overall impression

  • The edges of their heads and shoulders stand out crisply against a relatively uniform, low‑contrast background, again matching how people appear when posed in front of a backdrop.

  • The composition (a perfectly framed landscape with a building and lake behind a tight line of people) is also characteristic of posed shots taken in front of a studio‑style or institutional photo wall.

So while nothing is absolutely certain from a single image, the visual evidence here strongly favors that they are standing in front of a backdrop image of a park or institutional grounds, not physically in that outdoor location.

My question to further what you are saying is

HOW DID THEY GET IT TAKEN AND PRINTED in the prison?

It is a service offered by the prison.  They take the picture and print it.  Then sell it to the family (I don't know the price).  Reported elsewhere.

'And to receive and give instructions - to be implemented at a suitable time in the near future'?

Some enjoy torturing old people, how about hurting small animals.

Oh Dear, take a deep breath ..... hold it - and now breathe out slowly. There!

we are upset, aren't we?

It's the weekend - lighten up - he only got what he deserved.

The same would happen to you and I.

He is of Chinese ethnicity. Your place of birth doesn't change your race.

Not really, she was only a manipulated clone - they have the manipulater where he belongs who should be kept there on behalf of those he used and is still using.
