I recall a hospital in Miami having great difficulty to remove a pair of older style high sided basketball shoes which had gone all the way in and the receiving boys anus had closed. Hospital had to give the teen boy a big dose of local anaesthetic and a small dose of gas to put him to sleep. Anus eventually relaxed enough to get 2 hands in and grab one shoe and pull it out then the other shoe. I recall it was all part of a paid act performed by a young latin gigolo boy for a small group of paying customers.
