The blaze broke out on Buddhachonlathorn Road, also known as Phutthamonthon Sai 4, in Krathum Baen District on 30 November 2025. Fire crews from multiple units rushed to the scene as smoke and flames rapidly engulfed the building.

The incident occurred at around 12.50, with the fire quickly spreading through the structure opposite Somjai Sai 4 shop. Emergency teams worked to contain the blaze and assist residents affected by the sudden outbreak. Initial reports suggested that 3 other people sustained injuries, with one suffering serious burns to the body.
