Former deputy national police chief, Pol Gen Surachate “Big Joke” Hakparn, remains unmoved by the defamation complaint lodged against him by the Royal Thai Police Office. Accused of defamation after stating that the police form the largest criminal network in Thailand, Surachate visited the Crime Suppression Division on Tuesday.
