Got married, land border visa exemption - can extend 60- days?

So I entered through land border on visa exemption, meanwhile got married in Thailand - as I understand I can’t extend  usual 30 days in Laksi after immigration rules changed.
 

I heard something about 60-days extension based on family. So is it possible on visa exemption? Need to go Chaeng Wattana?

You can indeed get the 60 day visit family extension on a 60 day free stamp entry but not at Chaengwattana.

 

Because you're here free stamp entry, in Bangkok you do all your extensions at the IT Square Laksi Plaza immigration office.
