My better half is waiting for a yes / no on her visa application.

We've applied and it's been processed, however, she can't get through on the phone and I can't get their website to work.

I have her passport number and vfs receipt.

however, my g/f text messaged me the receipt so maybe it's been lost in translation. Anybody know how it should look when you;re entering into their website?

The passport tracker may work only with specific browsers. Did you try it with the Internet Explorer?

the application tracker for the UK has not been working for a while now. You can email [email protected] with the same refference and they will normally respond within one business day

When you go on the link it will say one of two things only.

PASSPORT FORWARDED TO THE BRITISH EMBASSY DATE.

PASSPORT RETURNED TO UK/VAC DATE

When it says returned it means go collect it inside will be the visa/refusal statement/interview date.

They never answer the phone or will they tell you if succesful as they dont know at all as its sealed its only a forwarding point for the Embassy no decisions are made there at all.
