if my future wife is granted a settlement visa to uk then if we wanted to go holiday to Thailand, how many week's a year could we stay Thailand without affecting her visa or future application for Indefinate leave??

She can travel to and from Thailand without restriction provided when the time comes to make the application she can prove you are still together and based/settled in UK over the 2 years prior to the application.
