I never make currency exchanges as such. I take money from my American bank account using my ATM card. My account features no fees so I do not get socked for a few dollars each time I make a foreign withdrawal.

Any money changers along Penang Road would give you

bettter rates than the Banks. Same procedure applies when

you are in Los.
