Pretti: Maybe Not So Peaceful And Innocent

Neither should have the ICE people. In any case Pretty never pulled his gun, he was rightly licensed, he had the nerves, not the ICE thugs, who pumped 10 bullets into his dead body. Anyway Ice must be frozen, their recruitment and training thoroughly audited before they get thawed.

Same question: if one interferes with Law Enforcement while armed, do their bear any responsibility for the consequences.

Pretti was armed in both instances

He was committing a Federal Felony while armed.

Perhaps he was the kind of American who exercised his Constitutional rights to carry every single day.

In the olden days before Heller (at least in NY), his permit would have been revoked for his actions in feloniously attacking a Police Vehicle. Indeed, any misconduct whatsoever would have gotten your permit revoked.

He's clearly an agitator and he took a gun and two high capacity magazines to agitate. He was involved with IceWatch and there's pretty good evidence he was in the massive and highly organised Signal

  • I'm a gun nutter, or I've been told. Having too many, 30+ at one time, whittled down to 16, for years, and didn't even hunt. Of course you can never have too many for home defense, along with 1000s of

The moment he kicked the tail light he should have been arrested, would have saved his life. ICE just drove away. I do think there was something wrong with this guy and he was a time bomb on the edge of committing a serious criminal act, with that piece of his.

But when he was executed he was doing nothing illegal.

I agree he should have been arrested there and then. If local cops were allowed to collaborate they would have arrested him. As for being killed when he was doing nothing wrong he was interfering in an ICE operation which is a federal offence.

Show me one of my posts where I've said terrorist. You can't. One term I haven't used is insurrectionist. This is more to the point. Stop using Google and MSM and go to YouTube and have a look at some things that in your mind just can't be true because you have been convinced ICE are the Gestapo and Trump is a dictator. Even on YT you might have to search a bit because the algorythm is left biased. Search for this. Cam Higby infiltrates Signal group and have a look. Try and use reason rather than emotion. What he has exposed is now actively being investigated. You can also search Neville Roy Singham and see what comes up.

And show me one of my posts where I have called ICE the Gestapo or Trump a dictator.

I honestly don't care that you haven't called Pretti a terrorist, because Noem, and others who carry far more weight in this world than you or I, have already done so.

Try and stop pretending you know from where I seek news, opinions and fact. You don't, but thanks for the sneak peek inside your own personal YouTube rabbit hole. Enlightening, even if a bit frightening, entertainment.

Try and stop demanding that members answer your questions. It makes you sound like some over-excited schoolboy locker room bully.

Try and stop proselytizing. Ultimately, we have mutually opposing and diverse opinions on several things and we are entitled to voice them. Let's just leave it at that, ok?

Now, go ahead and take that last comment suggesting disengagement as a capitulation on my part and a validation of your loony tune views. You know you want to will.

It appears that ICE have no powers to arrest anyone other than those that fall under, or are suspected to fall under either I-200 or I-205 civil administrative warrants.

Maybe you could also point out why he had the right to do what he was doing under First Amendment rights.

He had no "right" to be murdered!

When did it become punishable with on the spot death penalties?

Spot on Scottie ! Even if Pretti WAS 100% an active agitator and using violence to property, there is NO excuse and can never be, for this unnecessary and violent execution. Policing forces should be trained NOT and NEVER to act in anger - that's surely a prerequisite . . . . . 10 shots was it ?

So blabbing MAGA nuts can't excuse at all what happened, however hard they try.

Why won't you answer the question. Peaceful protester or radical leftist agitator? You've seen the footage so what's your answer? Maybe you could also point out why he had the right to do what he was doing under First Amendment rights.

AFAIK, peaceful protestor, radical leftist agitator or even rioter don't bear capital punishment...yet. Do what he was doing? Helping a lady up who had been shoved to the ground by ICE?

Looks like conservatives arguing that he was armed (legally) are saying he had no right to carry and that the 2nd amendment isn't worth the paper it's written on.

Indeed! The same people usually prompt to defend the 2nd amendment at any occasion are now blaming him for legally carrying a gun! 😅

If I were a betting man I would wager we’re all being told much more about Alex Pretti than we’ve been told about Thomas Crooks.

Not content with slaughtering Pretti in cold blood, the Trump regime are, aided by the breathless rightwing media, busy assassinating his character.

A gun that agents removed from him before slaughtering him in cold blood.
