My friend just bought the top end Honda CR-V RS. First day I noticed it didn't have Navigation..or at the least it's not activated.

Maybe they want to charge him for it OR maybe it doesn't come with Nav anymore because everybody uses their phone?

You noticed wrong. Set up to use Google Maps via either Apple Play or Android Auto. Been so for a number of years now.

2024 model definately has both navigation and apple car play / android auto. If the 26 model does not, its not a great loss. The Honda Nav was a bit limited.

Yes, I just met up with him and he told me he went back to Honda and they showed him how to connect to his phone.

So far he's really happy to upgrade from his old 2016 Accord to his new Honda CR-V RS Hybrid. He almost bought a used CR-V up in Bangkok but thankfully talked him out of it.
