I applaud people who have done good work and who have elevated themselves to a position where they deserve great perks. However Noem is not one of those people, she is a do-nothing nobody, the personification of an empty suit, and she's simply getting perks because Trump is attempting to bankrupt the government by throwing as much money as possible at the security agencies, who are then spying on Americans and performing domestic terrorist acts.
