Changing the car registration address on my car in Phuket.

I have a booking via the DLTSmartQueue App to renew my first driving licence in June in Phuket.

Does anyone know if I can also take the car registration books with me and update the new address as it is years out of date regarding the correct address.

The car has been in my name from new, I hold a one year non-O visa extension, the car is fully insured with AXA, up to date annual 'road tax', the new registered address is at a house I live in and was bough by my Thai partner, it is in her sole name I am not sure what info is relevant so I provided all.

What would I have to take with me to do the transfer?

I could look online but I want to hear from someone who has done it or knows someone who has done it as the requirements are not always up to date online as we all know.
