You don't often hear of people '' falling ' from high rise buiding balconies it is usually pushed or suicde. In this case it would appear that this has something to do with the 500,000 quid dispute with his Thai wife.She would have had a key to the apartment and arranged her brother to do the job.

I think many high rise hotels have the windows sealed in BK I know the Indra does
