BREAKING : SCOTUS has ruled on the tariffs

“What happened today with the two United States Supreme Court Justices that I appointed against great opposition, Neil Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett, whether people like it or not, never seems to happen with Democrats,” Trump said on social media. “They vote against the Republicans, and never against themselves, almost every single time, no matter how good a case we have.”

NB Doesn't seem to bother the President that Justices Alito and Thomas do about the same thing 180 degrees almost every single time, no matter how good (or bad) a case we have.

No. It blows up the narrative of @riclag & Co of "winning". Fascism is still present under the occupier and administration of the white house.

  • This sort of blows up the left's narrative of fascism, kings, etc.

Does this mean all the foreign governments that were paying the tariffs will get refunds?

I wonder if he's gonna mention anything about in his SOTU, while those 2 judges sit right in front of him.

Program! Program here! Can't tell the players without a program!

Officials across the Trump administration are scrambling to devise legal strategies that would allow the government to keep billions of dollars in tariff revenue the Supreme Court said was illegally collected.

Trump’s Justice Department, after all, promised in court filings last year that it would pay back tariff fees, plus interest, to the businesses who brought the suit if the government lost the case.

When Trump was a businessman he managed to skip out on many of his bills. Hopefully, the courts order him to pay up or else.

Now Pres. Trump -- as he often does in golf -- wants a mulligan (do-over). He earlier told federal judges that it would issue refunds as directed by the court, plus interest, if the courts ultimately found the tariffs to be illegal.

Just that he NEVER considered the possibility they would actually do that.
