There's nothing to discuss.

Obviously the Hilton buffet will be first class.

The only issue is can you afford it?

And if you could, maybe you wouldn't be wasting your time on here psychoanalyzing it.

He lacks self confidence and needs guidance.

  • There is a new thing called Google. Perhaps one could search seafood buffets. Then perhaps one could see the thousands of reviews available.

He needs a financial advisor.

Will I go bankrupt if I drop 2500 Baht on the Hilton Seafood Buffet?

He needs help crunching the numbers.

It's going to be difficult to avoid the hoi polloi. Whether they be tourists, locals...or yourself 😊

Seafood buffet at Hilton's EDGE at the weekends and Siam Siam's Big Fish(if still going)

Local offerings include Amporn and Big Whale. Probably not your thing.

Hilton has a nice buffet

Please try to be positive and happy blazeasster

You really are an Epicure

Birdy 3 in 1 = dog and cat piss with a few nasty floaters

The last time i was in soi 6 there were all kinds of clams for consumption,i sampled a few,not bad.

Freud - 2500 baht poo is the same as 80 baht poo.

No, food is one the great sensory pleasures of life.

But then overdo it and eat too much ... that's the only problem.

I think seafood is vastly overrated. The flavour is minimal without sauce and salt. 2000 to 3000 baht for tasteless food. Lobsters were considered poor man's food in 1900. Now they are luxury food. Mangosteen and dragon fruit is more tasty and a fraction of the price. Red Dragon fruit is great.

A well made French onion soup is better than any seafood. Has more flavour.

Lobster was served to prisoners because it was cheap.

Yes it was. It is mostly tasteless. A good seafood sauce makes it good and people pay high prices now due to clever marketing. Lean meat is totally flavourless. Yesterday had pork belly. The fat and salt made it taste great. On Masterchef they tell the chefs to keep tasting and add salt. Seafood buffets are loved by Chinese and they bus them in to eat them like sheep.

Yes ! Anyone experienced the beautiful Hilton hotel seafood

I know their cafe is gorgeous

Yes. Went last night it was great. Didn't see any lobster. I'm a Bonvoy/ Hilton honors member and got 25% off for myself and date, only a hair over 1000 baht net. Not that crowded.

Seafood buffets are loved by seafood lovers regardless. Usually lobster isn't on the menu for buffet dining.

Oysters and bugs are ok. Oyster mornay is nice. I eat them at xmas time. Once a year is enough.

Seafood = $$$ in restaurants..cook at home

..or go to Lan Pho Seafood Market. Fresh seafood from the market. Vendors and restaurants who will prepare it for you, in the way that you want it.
