Need to know about renewing my car and motorcycle license.

I have the 2 year temp license for tourist which will expire before the end of the year. I'm up there in age, so what can I expect. I stay in Thailand for 90 days then return back to the country I'm in. And then return maybe 4 months later.

What is the new process now?
