Aside from the racism on both sides as far as land sales on the west bank, I just looked this up and apparently, it's current US government policy to consider Israeli west bank settlements as illegitimate. I'm not a lawyer but it would follow that's it's not OK to market such properties in the US. Whether it's technically illegal or not, I don't know, but I think it should be.
