Don't worry about it. They are just cowards that get a kick out of frustrating you. Tells much about them and you getting upset just fuels their sad life. I disagree about adding names to the thumbs down. Cowards need to belong and they group together and bully many members. They would thumbs up all the members in their cowardly group and then hunt down other to abuse. I started a while back not using the thumbs down. It was hard at first but easy now.

I'm not upset. It's just strange behavior to get any when you're posting facts about your own life or other areas. I don't use them anymore myself, preferring to give positive ones or actually answering with words.

I'm pretty much done. There are only two things left, and I won't be able to do them.
I wanted to take a motorcycle tour of England, Scotland, and Wales. Not going to happen. I've ridden motorcycles all over Europe, all over North America, and many parts of Asia, and I still ride every day as I get nearer my 80th birthday this year. I just can't take a month in the saddle these days!
I also wanted to jump out of a plane. Never got to do that. I've been paragliding from cliffs, but never from a plane. These days, I don't trust my knees to take the landings.
I'm quite content with the daily routines we've established in our lives as we age. There are enough unplanned adventures to satisfy, and a couple of long rides around Thailand each year satisfy my need to explore. I figure I've still got 5-8 good years left (if the creek don't rise...) and I'm happy to spend them quietly, together with my wife.

Life is good.

It's is not strange at all for cowards. That is how they behave online and always will. There is little consequence and other cowards in their herd congratulate them. This is how they become relevant in their own delusional mind.

I think just getting out of the house regularly helps. Going to the market or a restaurant and being aware of what is happening. Went for a walk last night and ran into a bunch of young Thais. Grabbed a basketball I had in my car and played a game with them and then left my ball with them and continued my walk. They found me later at the track and returned the ball. Wonderful evening.

So many possibilities if a person just gets outside on occasion and it takes such little effort.

That's true, it's normal behavior for them. But some are cowards and don't want to be pointed out, so use them incognito. That's why it would be good for them to be seen. You can rebut them and ask them to explain themselves. When they can't, we know more. When they're done at random it's just stalking because they're butt hurt from being proven wrong before.

Mods have a tough job and in the end I find them useless 99% of the time. They just want to get on with their day and constant complaining must get old. Cowards figured out during Covid they could use sheer numbers to lockout anybody they didn't condone out of every conversation. They have a hard job monitoring all the forums here. They do keep things clean here and recognize the ones who are causing trouble.

Must be difficult when people cannot follow rules or just ignore them .

I know some don't believe in God so this isn't for them. I have spent almost 40 years raising children so haven't had as many opportunities to do many of the things I've wanted. Moving back to the states with my daughter will allow me to do more, as many are in the states.

I do believe in heaven, and am hoping it is a paradise where we can see all the people and animals we've lost before, in a pain and anger free setting.

It's been said we will all get mansions, and there will be eating, singing and socializing. Worshiping God for giving us this second place as he promised, where we can enjoy all the things we missed on earth. especially those who suffered early on like children.

I'm hoping I can fish and have trophy animals walking around my mansion, not to shoot but to enjoy being there. All the best food without worrying about weight gains, of course without going overboard.

I think the earth will be again like it was before people ruined it, so we can either be there or visit it, along with other planets.

It sure would be nice if this happens, as we never have enough time living to enjoy the things we like here. I have a large bucket list I'd like to finish before I pass, if heaven isn't like what I imagine but still a great place to be forever.

God made weed but are we supposed to smoke it? Wine is allowed so imagine smoking a doobie with Hendrix, Ronnie Van Zant, Freddie Mercury, Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison and many others, and sharing a bottle of 1959 Chateau Lafite Rothschild.

But the emoji posters may not be who we suspect .....

I happened to be online at 5:00 am this morning, just as some thumbs down were posted, and when I looked at who was online, it was only me and one other person. Checking this person's profile, I saw he'd not posted any content for several years.

So someone who's probably not even in Thailand, and does not post content, just logs in to spread some thumbs down on random posts 🤔

I've noticed quite a few times certain members who were in the same topic as I, then I got one after another in it and other topics. A few times I see some looking at my profile, and following one around is the main reason, to see where you posted. Just strange.

I would like to catch fish. God gave us fish and deer to eat, so maybe they'll also be in heaven, for eating. I wouldn't need to shoot the deer if they're walking around my mansion. Heaven isn't about religions, as they're man made. It's for believers in God. Not re humans, pre human destruction. Nothing wrong with having places to live, or we'll have millions of planets like earth to choose from to visit. Weight gain and the problems from it are a earth body's deal. We'll be given perfect bodies, with no ailments, and can eat what we want without problems. Sounds like heaven to me.
