Shops, large Poperty's, houses that have 3 or more bedrooms are coverted to flats/bedsits. If a House next door to you Scottie with 3 bedrooms that has been derelict a developer will buy it at a knock down price refurb and offer call it a HMO then charge Triple rent per unit a month the asylum seeker does not pay, the tax paying uk does. We also see new builds now given priority over locals in some areas.

Just for context, HMOs have been in existance for decades. The vast majority house British citizens. Some paying their own rents, many being paid for by the tax payer. Rents are the same regardless of type, background, ethnicity, religion of the tenant.

You don't seem to grasp that posting a YouTube video of someone giving an opinion is NOT evidence, or news, or a reputable source - it is someone talking and saying whatever they like with no evidence to support it. Literally nothing.

I can put a video up of me saying the moon is hollow. That would make it my crazy opinion, not evidence or "news".
