Have you ever/never been to a bar in Thailand?

This is NOT a guess.

If you still think this is guesswork, where have you been for the past two decades.

Have you been closely following the science?

This is not guesswork.

The science of global warming is too complex for the average person to understand.

So it makes no difference if you've been following it or not.

If they want to pull the wool over everyone's eyes with fake science, it's not that hard to do.

I would stop worrying about global warming.

And I would stop fear-mongering about it.

And my last post about AI was a joke. Stop worrying about AI killing us all. That's more fake nonsense.

a. Yes, the average person in the world has no idea, and we agree.

b. It makes no difference if one is following the science: I strongly disagree. I enjoy the science of it. For example, you should read the science behind what Hansen is documenting. If you do not know the term, ALBEDO, before you begin, then return to your high-school science, and freshman year university science books, because these might be helpful to you.

c. When you say you advise us to stop worrying about global warming: I agree. We are now on the Titanic, and sinking fast. So, open an expensive bottle of Cognac, relax, and listen to the music. Worrying about the inevitible is pointless.

d. Fear mongering implies spreading fear about non-existent risk. If you advise against it, then we can all agree: However, nobody, these days, who understands the reality of Gobal Warming, is fear mongering. Nobody

e. If your last post about AI is a joke: What is the joke? I do not spend time reading fake nonsense. There are reputable sources for those who want to understand the benefits and limitations of AI, as it is today. The costs of AI are real, and not fake nonsense. There are flimflam men who pretend to be leaders in the field of AI, many from India, by the way, and some from San Francisco, as we all know.

But AI is not nonsense. AI may kill off all of mankind, and the risk is real, and the risk derives from the intentional weaponization of of AI systems. But even more deadly is the fact that soon, if not now, AI and other tools will make it far easier to develop bio-weapons using viruses that have been manipulated to be unstoppable, once released, and having a 100-percent fatality rate. This is not fiction, and it is not fear-mongering.

Yeah you must be a fun guy to hang out with at the local bar.

Thank God you don't go to bars.

I have never visited a bar in Thailand.

I thought I had made this clear, recently.

Maybe you should.

Let your hair down instead of obsessing over end of the world scenarios.

What I mean is it might do you some good to go out to bars.

Get off the internet for a while.

Stop thinking about complex issues.

But I wouldn't want to be the one stuck next to you in the bar.
